Specialist Money Advice

Citizens Advice Bureau
  • A full exploration of the situation including the identification of any emergencies such as imminent legal proceedings....Through to:

  • Identification with you of any relevant Social Policy issues which are then reported as evidence to the National Association, confidentiality being strictly maintained. This evidence is used locally and nationally to seek to influence change. (add on to this bullet) This is particularly important when positive solutions cannot be found.

  • Generalist Advice is delivered by trained and competent volunteer advisers who are supported by paid staff.
